I just want to let everyone know how professional and thorough Eddie Burns is. So I work for Starbucks and have had plumbing issues that have been overlooked multiple times with no investigation as to why our drain pipes were leaking and our floors constantly wet, well today when Eddie came in he got down on his hands and knees and investigated the problem found two reasons why our drain pipes were leaking fixed the issue and fixed the issue we actually called him out for. This guy went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of him! Thank you so much Eddie!!!
